Simon has worked with startups, scaleups and SMEs on more than 60 engagements across CFO and strategic finance roles, fundraising, M&A and commercial due diligence projects, from first institutional rounds to exits. Over time his focus has shifted from scalable software businesses to science-based, technically complex ones: companies built on substantial R&D, long development cycles and complex paths to market.
